Katelyn Donnelly is the Founder and Managing Partner of Avalanche VC, a pre-seed and seed stage fund focused on investing in massive, inevitable sector trends she calls 'avalanches.' Before launching Avalanche, Katelyn co-founded Delivery Associates, a global consulting firm working with governments, which she grew to over 200 people and successfully exited to private equity. She began her career at McKinsey & Company and later co-founded Pearson Ventures, where she invested in edtech companies globally.
