Jenniffer Henderson is the Founder and CEO of Tilt, an HR technology company dedicated to humanizing the employee leave of absence experience. She founded Tilt after two personally challenging leave experiences in corporate America, motivating her to build a better solution for both employees and employers. Under her leadership, Tilt has grown to support all types of leave across the US, raising over $30 million through its Series B. Jenniffer is a Techstars alum and a vocal advocate for female founders, drawing on her own journey from corporate roles to a first-time founder.
