He previously founded and led SharesPost, a pioneering secondary marketplace, for over a decade, growing it to $10 billion in transaction volume. During his tenure, he also co-launched and served as President of the NASDAQ Private Market in a joint venture. In 2020, SharesPost was acquired by Forge Global for $160 million. Greg began his career as a securities lawyer at Wilson Sonsini.
