About David
David Connors is the Founder and CEO of The Swarm, a data and software company that helps organizations map and leverage their collective network for warm introductions. Before founding The Swarm, David built and sold a recruiting automation startup to Sequoia Capital. He then joined Sequoia as the Director of Recruiting Operations, where he developed an internal tool to map the firm's network for its portfolio companies, which served as the inspiration for The Swarm. He has successfully raised over $8 million for The Swarm.
